{July 02, 2010}   On Home Improvement: What You Can and Can’t Do

The best house my wife and myself have ever bought is our current place, a townhouse. We settled to ease ourselves into house ownership by taking out a mortgage on a townhouse, as it gives ourselves a rest from the garden work that is usually required when possessing a property. Our house is a bit small, but it happens to be precisely a perfect fit for us.

We have filled our property with things that are special and profound to both of us, and the home is ideal for how we live our lives now. The more diminutive the home, the smaller the space there is to keep clean and keep spic and span, which is useful as we learn what it takes to be property owners.

There are also one or two areas in the household that are outdated – the floor in the kitchen for example. Also, there’s a trusses roof above the ceiling that call for repairing.

Nonetheless, the home is not a problem for both of us nowadays, and at a later date, it hands us the opportunity to execute some changes to the property to make it even more perfect. We delight in the concept of being house owners, and we enjoy our property.
