Candy can easily be cut and arranged on a serving dish and covered with saran wrap to transport.
Ingredients
- 1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Prep
- Line a small 88 inch pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large saucepan over a medium heat, combine marshmallow fluff, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring the mixture to a full boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and mix with both the semisweet and milk chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla and nuts (if you’re using them). Pour into the lined pan.
- Chill in fridge for 2 hours or until completely solidified.
